And I think that's all for now lol I'm really really trying to go for a lifestyle change. I need it, My family needs it. I'm tired of feeling unhealthy and gross. I want to lose weight and theres only one way to really do it. Eating healthy isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle. I need to lose 40 pounds guys. So I'm starting with these things first. Next week I'm bringing more fruit into the house.
